Tis the season for Pandora's annual all out, over the top original yuletide production, and this year's gift to Kentuckiana audiences is a laugh your-a**-off yuletide rollicker, Velma & Louise's Holiday Balls.

Current Latin GRAMMY® nominee Pasion Vega, along with The Latin Recording Academy® President/CEO Gabriel Abaroa Jr. and Chairman of the Board of Trustees Luis Cobos will host the XIII Annual Latin GRAMMY® Pre-Telecast Ceremony (www.latingrammy.com), it was announced today by The Latin Recording Academy. Additionally, current Latin GRAMMY nominee Milly Quezada will present awards in select categories and current Latin GRAMMY nominees Amaury Gutierrez, Jotdog, Gian Marco, and Cuartetango String Quartet, will perform at the Latin GRAMMY Pre-Telecast Ceremony, which is set for Nov. 15, from 1:30 - 3 p.m. PT at House of Blues inside theMandalay Bay Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. Country Dance*New York will present the Fall Fling contra dance on Saturday, November 17, 2012 from 9:00 pm to 11:45 pm at the Chinatown YMCA's Houston Street Center (273 Bowery, near Houston Street, Manhattan). No previous experience is required. From 8:30 pm to 9:00 pm there is a beginner's contra workshop, and the caller walks everyone through the patterns of each dance. There is also a contra dance for experienced dancers from 5:45 pm to 7:45 pm.

The 41st annual Heida Hermanns International Voice Competition, a two-day event presented by the Connecticut Alliance for Music (CAM) with the support of the Westport Arts Center, will bring together young musicians from around the world at Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Westport, on Saturday and Sunday, December 1 and 2. The bi-annual competition is named for the late Heida Hermanns, a world-class concert pianist and music lover, who lived in Westport for more than 40 years.

Manhattan Theatre Club's new Broadway production of Henrik Ibsen's An Enemy of the People by Rebecca Lenkiewicz, directed by Tony winner Doug Hughes, begins the final 8 performances of its acclaimed limited engagement tonight at 7 PM.
