MCCC's Kelsey Review 2012 Now AvailableNovember 9, 2012Exploring relationships, observing nature, and dealing with loss are all themes that jump off the pages of the 2012 edition of Kelsey Review, published annually by Mercer County Community College and now available free at public libraries throughout Mercer County. Now in its 31st year, the 2012 Review features 26 works of fiction, non-fiction and poetry by 16 writers who live, work or study in Mercer County. Illustrations include cover art and other drawings by Holly Harrison Johnson of Lawrenceville and a drawing by Stephanie Cuddahy of Hamilton. Copies of the Review are also available in public areas of MCCC's West Windsor and James Kerney campuses.

Trinity Rep Announces WRITE HERE! WRITE NOW! Festival; Submission Deadline February 1November 9, 2012Trinity Repertory Company's Education Department has announced the second annual Write Here! Write Now! student playwriting competition. Students in grades 9-12 from the six New England states are invited to submit an original short play (6-10 pages) between now and February 1, 2013. The winning playwrights will work with Trinity Rep staff members to further develop the work, and then see their play read by professional actors in front of an invited audience of friends and family.
