GLEE Music: Volume 3 Peaks at #1 on Billboard's Hot 200 ChartMay 27, 2010The latest GLEE sountrack, GLEE Music: Volume 3 'Showstoppers' scored number 1 on the Billboard Hot 200 chart in its opening week. Released on May 18, the disc sold 136,000 copies in its opening week. This achievement marks the first number 1 full-length album for the gleeks. The mini disc, The Power of Madonna, also peaked at number 1, seling 98,000 copies. The first two full length albums debuted at number 4 and 3 on the charts, respectively.
