Nicole is the Editor-in-Chief of BroadwayWorld, where she began her journey as an intern in 2010. As BroadwayWorld's Senior Managing Editor, a role she took on in 2012, she covered over a decade's-worth of theatre and live entertainment in New York City and around the world. Throughout her time with BroadwayWorld, Nicole has worked extensively with the photo and video team, producing (and sometimes editing) a great deal of the site's original programming, including Backstage with Richard Ridge, Dance Captain Dance Attack, Next on Stage, Kid Critics, and Teen Critics, just to name a few. Originally from outside of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, she is a proud graduate of Penn State University's College of Communications. Nicole currently resides in Brooklyn, New York, where she gets to enjoy far more great theatre than she ever dreamed. Her first great role was "Billy Flynn" in her fourth grade musical theatre class. Oh, how far she has come!

On Thursday, Chaz Bono ('Dancing with the Stars') visited with the company of SOUTHERN COMFORT, the new hit musical about transgender friends in rural Georgia, at CAP21 (18 West 18th Street, 5th floor). Producers Michael Cohl and Jeremiah J. Harris announced today that Rebecca Faulkenberry (Rock of Ages) and Christina Sajous (Baby It's You, American Idiot) will be joining the cast of SPIDER-MAN Turn Off The Dark, in the roles of 'Mary Jane Watson' and 'Arachne,' respectively. Jennifer Damiano, who currently plays the role of Mary Jane, will play her final performance on November 6, while T.V. Carpio, the show's current Arachne, will play her final show on. November 13. Reeve Carney and Patrick Page will continue on in their roles as 'Peter Parker/Spider-Man' and 'Norman Osborn/Green Goblin,' respectively.

Last night, October 27, Rattlestick Playwrights Theater opened Asuncion, a new comedy by Academy Award-nominee Jesse Eisenberg (The Social Network) at The Cherry Lane Theatre.
