The Old Globe hosts the Powers New Voices Festival, featuring a weekend of play readings from January 10 to 12, 2025. Among the line-up is Tell Them I'm Still Young by Julia Doolittle, directed by Barry Edelstein. This poignant drama explores the lives of parents Allen and Kay as they face the devastating loss of their daughter and strive to redefine their identities and marriage. The festival will also showcase other new works, including Alien Girls by Amy Berryman and The Brief Wondrous Life of Oscar Wao, adapted by Marco Antonio Rodriguez.
