Alien Girls is one of the featured new play readings in the 12th annual Powers New Voices Festival at The Old Globe, taking place on January 11, 2025. Written by Amy Berryman and directed by Jaki Bradley, the play follows Tiffany, who is pregnant, and her best friend Carolyn, whose true feelings about the situation go viral, leading to irreversible consequences. This meta-theatrical dark comedy explores the complexities of friendship and the challenges of creating both art and life amidst significant life changes.
