Breakdown

While the Japanese advance from the north, parishoners, staff and friends of Rev. Father Evelyn Estebrooke, Parish Priest at The Church of Sts. Peter and Paul, perform the G&S masterpiece The Mikado, as a gesture of defiance towards the Axis Powers and of solidarity with the recently attacked United States. With strong convictions about their own safety in their impregnable “Gibraltar of the East,” the players also aim to have a dashed good time. No chorus in the traditional sense as everyone portrays characters.
