Gwendolen: Female, 20-30, A poised, intelligent, and headstrong woman who is deeply in love with the name Ernest.
Cecily: Female, 18-25, Jack’s imaginative and romantic young ward, fascinated by rebellion and adventure.
Lady Augusta Bracknell: Female, 50-70, A formidable, aristocratic woman who values status above all and delivers cutting remarks with precision.
Miss Prism: Female, 40-60, Cecily’s prim and moralistic governess, hiding a surprisingly romantic heart.
Reverend Chasuble: Male, 40-70, A slightly absentminded but good-natured clergyman with a growing affection for Miss Prism.
Lane: Male, 30-60, Algernon’s dryly humorous and unflappable manservant, subtly mocking his employer’s antics.

Robert: Male, 30-45, Bernard’s old friend from Wisconsin, an anxious and awkward man who gets unwillingly caught in Bernard’s tangled web of lies.
Berthe: Female, 40-65, Bernard’s long-suffering French housekeeper, sarcastic and exasperated as she struggles to keep up with the constant chaos.
Gretchen: Female, 25-35, A strong, dramatic, and romantic German flight attendant with an intense personality and deep loyalty.
