Ebenezer Scrooge: Miserly and cold-hearted old man, the central character who undergoes a transformation on Christmas Eve.
Bob Cratchit: Humble and dedicated clerk working for Scrooge, with a large, loving family.
Jacob Marley: Scrooge's deceased business partner, condemned to wander in the afterlife for his past misdeeds.
The Ghost of Christmas Past: Spirit who shows Scrooge scenes from his earlier years, highlighting his lost innocence.
The Ghost of Christmas Present: Jovial spirit who reveals the current joys and struggles of those around Scrooge.
The Ghost of Christmas Future: Foreboding spirit who shows Scrooge the potential consequences of his actions.
Fred: Scrooge's cheerful and good-natured nephew, who invites him to Christmas celebrations.
Mrs. Cratchit: Bob Cratchit's loving and resilient wife.
Fezziwig: Scrooge's former employer, a kind and festive man.
Belle: Scrooge's former fiancée, representing lost love and happiness.
The Portly Gentlemen: Solicitors seeking charitable donations from Scrooge.
Mr. and Mrs. Dilber: Scrooge's housekeeper and her husband, minor characters who appear in the story.
Topper: A guest at Fred's Christmas party, somewhat characterized by his pursuit of one of Fred's friends.

Boy/Peter: Orphan and protagonist, initially nameless, who later becomes Peter Pan. Molly Aster: Starcatcher apprentice and daughter of Lord Aster, with a connection to the starstuff.
Lord Leonard Aster: Molly's father and a Starcatcher, on a mission to safeguard starstuff from falling into the wrong hands.
Black Stache: Hapless pirate captain, later known as Captain Hook, with a penchant for dramatic flair.
Smee: Black Stache's loyal and somewhat bumbling sidekick.
Prentiss: Orphan and a natural leader among the boys, seeking adventure and a way out of the orphanage.
Ted: Orphan with a nervous disposition, often teamed up with Prentiss.
Mrs. Bumbrake: Molly's nanny and a teacher, with a humorous attachment to Alf. Alf: Seafarer with a love for Mrs. Bumbrake, offering comic relief.
Captain Scott: A British naval captain with a secret mission.
Grempkin: Cruel headmaster of St. Norbert's Orphanage.
Bill Slank: Captain of the Neverland, involved in shady dealings.
Teacher: A character played by Molly, guiding and narrating parts of the story.
Fighting Prawn: Leader of the Mollusk tribe on Mollusk Island.
Hawking Clam: Mysterious and mystical creature with significant importance in the story, encountered on Mollusk Island.

Orsino: Duke of Illyria, pining for the love of Olivia.
Olivia: Wealthy Countess of Illyria, mourning her brother's death and resisting Orsino's advances. Viola: Shipwreck survivor who disguises herself as a man (Cesario) and serves Orsino. Sebastian: Viola's twin brother, presumed dead after the shipwreck, but later revealed to be alive. Malvolio: Olivia's steward, known for his self-importance and eventually the target of a prank. Sir Toby Belch: Olivia's uncle, a heavy-drinking and jolly character who enjoys revelry. Sir Andrew Aguecheek: Foolish and wealthy suitor to Olivia, easily manipulated by Sir Toby. Maria: Olivia's clever and mischievous maid, involved in the plot against Malvolio. Feste: A witty and wise fool, entertaining the other characters with his songs and wordplay. Antonio: Sea captain and friend to Sebastian, shows kindness and loyalty.
Fabian: A servant in Olivia's household, part of the prank on Malvolio.
Valentine and Curio: Gentlemen attending on Duke Orsino.
Captain: Rescues Viola after the shipwreck.

Brooke Ashton: Actress playing Vicki in Nothing's On, known for her good looks and lack of intelligence.
Frederick Fellowes: Actor playing Philip in Nothing's On, struggles with nerves and a persistent nosebleed.
Belinda Blair: Actress playing Flavia in Nothing's On, attempts to maintain order among the cast. Selsdon Mowbray: Older actor playing Burglar in Nothing's On, known for his drinking habits. Poppy Norton-Taylor: Overworked and anxious stage manager for Nothing's On. Tim Allgood: Overworked and easily frustrated assistant stage manager for Nothing's On.
