SEEKING
AEA Actors for 2019 season (Midsummer Night’s Dream, The Good Person of Szechuan, House of Joy, Macbeth). Especially interested in actors who are local to the Bay Area.
PREPARATION
Please prepare 2 contrasting pieces, one classic and one contemporary, totaling no more than 5 min (auditions will be timed).

HAMIDA: 20s, F. A highly skilled bodyguard employed in the Emperor’s harem.
THERMOMETER: 30s, M. A doctor with a hidden past.
SALIMA: 20s, Gender non-conforming. The Chief Nazeer of the Harem.
ROSHNI: 20s, F. Hamida’s best friend, and a fellow bodyguard in the harem.
NOORAH: 30s, F. The most beloved daughter of the Emperor, and de-facto ruler of the Harem.
MARIYAM: 30s, F. The Emperor’s youngest wife, and current Chief Queen.
GULAL: 60s, F. The Chief Bodyguard, head of the Emperor’s Secret Service in the harem
