Andrea Martin, legendary comedienne, star of SCTV, My Big Fat Greek Wedding and countless Broadway productions launched her Twitter account this week, and spoke to BWW about why she has decided to finally get on the Twitter bandwagon.

Shawn Wright recently wrapped two years in Toronto's JERSEY BOYS and is currently in London Ontario celebrating the genius of Stephen Sondheim in SIDE BY SIDE BY SONDHEIM on stage until Nov 6th 2010 at The Grand. The show also kicked off the 2010-2011 Mainstage Season for The Grand. Shawn spoke with BWW about his career, the show, and of course, Sondheim.

Priscilla Queen of the Desert began previews on October 12th in Toronto, and had it's official pink carpet opening on the 26th of October. Broadway Divas is the first in this seasons POPS Series with the Toronto Symphony Orchestra. Featuring two spectacular Broadway leading ladies (from the hit musical WICKED) Julia Murney and Jennifer Laura Thompson are coming to Toronto to perform a medley of showstoppers that will be conducted by Steven Reineke. Los Angeles based Producer Robert McGarity recently started a label designed to record and preserve Broadway 'flops' from the 1950s and 1960s. Toronto based Actor Michael Lazarovitch was cast in the lead role of the label's second effort - the new Studio Broadway Cast Recording of COME SUMMER. Robert and Michael both sat down to talk with BWW about this unique new endeavour.
