Variety reports that Hulu has ordered Lamorne Morris-led comedy “Woke' to series. The pilot landed at Hulu in 2018.

“America's Got Talent” reveals the final 12 acts headed to the Dolby Theatre to perform live on Tuesday, Aug. 27 (8-10 p.m. ET/PT) for the third week of live shows.

Disney Channel has ordered 'Marvel's Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur,' an original animated series based on Marvel's hit comic books, from Disney Television Animation. Executive produced by Laurence Fishburne and Helen Sugland's Cinema Gypsy Productions (ABC's 'black-ish'), Marvel Animation & Family Entertainment, and Emmy(R) Award-winner Steve Loter (Disney's 'Kim Possible'), the series follows the adventures of 13-year-old super-genius Lunella Lafayette and her ten-ton T-Rex, Devil Dinosaur. After Lunella accidentally brings Devil Dinosaur into present-day New York City via a time vortex, the duo works together to protect the city's Lower East Side from danger.

Deadline reports that Jamie Foxx and Tina Fey will lead Pixar's upcoming film 'Soul.' The film is scheduled for release in June of 2020.

The Country Music Association visited Phoenix Wednesday, Aug. 21, with songwriters Ingrid Andress, Marti Lynn Dodson, Mickey Guyton, Jillian Jacqueline and Liz Rose. While in Phoenix, the group met with students and teachers from the Phoenix Conservator of Music as part of U.S. Bank's Community Possible giving and engagement platform and its Places to Play partnership with the CMA Foundation, followed by a CMA Songwriters Series Presented by U.S. Bank performance at the Mesa Arts Center. 

Today, composer, arranger and jazz vocalist, Audrey Silver releases her new single 'Small Day Tomorrow.' This is the second cut to be released from the NYC based singer's newest collection, Let Me Know Your Heart. The full album will be available on September 6th. Jay Som - a.k.a. Melina Duterte - releases her highly anticipated sophomore album Anak Ko today. The follow-up to her breakout debut album Everybody Works, which received countless year-end list accolades in 2017, Anak Ko is already critically acclaimed itself, with early praise from the likes of The New York Times, NPR Music, Rolling Stone, Pitchfork, and many more. Deadline reports that Wanda Sykes and Page Hurwitz are developing a new comedy at BET. Its working title is 'W.H.I.P.s.'
