The Boston Camerata, cited as a?oeAmerica's foremost early music ensemblea?? by Le Monde, embarks on a celebration of music from the time of the American Revolution with the release of Free America! Songs of Resistance and Rebellion (1790-1860), a new project recorded by Harmonia Mundi. The album release on September 13, 2019 will be complemented by live concerts of Free America! in Sister Cities Boston, MA and Strasbourg, France, as well as in Portland, ME.

Deadline reports that Disney+ will not go forward with its planned 'Book of Enchantment' original series. The show would have been an adaptation of Serena Valentino's Villains book series, which delves deeply into the lives of classic Disney villains.

Deadline reports that Mary J. Blige's drug queenpin drama has been put into development at the USA Network. Blige may appear on the show in a supporting role.

Today, Slothrust and Highly Suspect kick off their US tour. Tonight's show in Omaha will be their first show together, and dates are scheduled through November. Billboard says, 'You're never going to fully figure out Slothrust, but rest assured, it's well worth the effort,' and Ones to Watch agrees saying, 'Their versatility gives them an edge – they could be punk, they could be indie, they've even gotten away with covering Britney Spears.' Deadline reports that Elena Satine will star opposite John Cho in Cowboy Bebop, Netflix's live-action adaptation of an animated series from Japan.

One of Scotland's most iconic rock bands, Goodbye Mr MacKenzie will be re-reissuing their seminal album 'Good Deeds and Dirty Rags'. Inspired by the massive success of their 30-year anniversary tour, they are doing a vinyl and CD reissue of the album that started it all. The long-play has been remastered for both formats. The CD version will include 3 additional tracks from those early years, not previously included on the original edition.

Variety reports that Brenda Blethyn will star in 'Kate and Kolo,' ITV's newest sitcom. The news was announced at the Edinburgh TV Fringe Festival.

Jerry Leger has a thing for ghosts. The Toronto singer/songwriter confirmed it a couple of years ago when he went on a personal journey to explore many of Ontario's largely unknown ghost towns, having been inspired by the writings of historian Ron Brown. Leger has immortalized one of those towns, Burchell Lake, on his new album Time Out For Tomorrow, containing 10 portraits of the impermanence of life, love, or simply catching a glimpse of a shooting star.

Variety reports that Tom Holland-led drama 'Uncharted' has just lost its director. It was announced that Dan Trachtenberg departed the feature on Thursday.

The new infrastructure not only includes film and television, but also creates in-house Marketing/Branding, Music, Publishing, Merchandising, and Ancillary Divisions headed up by Gravitas Principals, Erik Hicks and Michael Markiewicz, who collectively orchestrated and facilitated the deal between the two companies. Interscope Records Co-Founder and Radar Pictures CEO Ted Field tasked his Business Development team to negotiate the new deal on behalf of Radar, alongside Gravitas Managing Partners, Vincent S. LoPriore and Steve Derby, who represented their firm. Mr. LoPriore and Mr. Derby, also CEO of SDS Capital Group, will jointly oversee all financial business matters on behalf of Radar.
