Anthony Rapp Set for NOCTURNE Reading, 12/12November 8, 2011New York: Royal Family Productions presents a benefit reading of RAPP READS RAPP. Anthony Rapp reading Adam Rapp's play, Nocturne. Jackman brings the one-man concert show to New York for a 10-week engagement. Previews began on October 25, 2011 in anticipation of a November 10 opening night. Christine Provost Appointed Actors' Equity Central Regional DirectorNovember 8, 2011Actors' Equity Association (Equity) announced the appointment of long-time employee Christine Provost to the position of Central Regional Director/Assistant Executive Director, effective January 1, 2012. STAGE TUBE: MASTER CLASS Opens at West End's Vaudeville TheatreNovember 8, 2011Theatre and Opera director Stephen Wadsworth's new production of Terrence McNally's Master Class starring Tyne Daly as the legendary opera soprano Maria Callas is to transfer to the Vaudeville Theatre following its critically acclaimed, sell-out run on Broadway. Master Class, produced in the West End by Max Cooper, Maberry Theatricals, the Marks-Moore-Turnbull Group, Ted Snowdon and Sonia Friedman Productions in association with the Manhattan Theatre Club, will run at the Vaudeville Theatre for 14 weeks only from 21 January to 28 April, with press night on 7 February 2012. Set design is by Thomas Lynch, costume design by Martin Pakledinaz, lighting by David Lander and sound by Jon Gottlieb. Tickets are now on sale for Master Class and further casting will be announced shortly.

Patrick Willingham to Take Over as Public Theater's Executive DirectorNovember 7, 2011The Public Theater announced today that Patrick Willingham, former President and Chief Operating Officer of Blue Man Productions, has been appointed the new Executive Director of The Public Theater, beginning November 28, 2011.
