Just last week, Mastercard cardholders got the chance to take a culinary tour of the Great White Way at NYCWFF's brand new event, Broadway Tastes, where renowned chefs will served up delicious brunch dishes inspired by over a dozen of today's most popular Broadway musicals. Celebrities and foodies Neil Patrick Harris and David Burtka served as hosts for this magical morning at Metropolitan West, where guests got the chance to interact with cast members from their favorite Broadway shows and sample tasty brunch fare prepared by all-star chefs.

Rehearsals are underway for the Broadway premiere of A BRONX TALE THE MUSICAL, the new musical featuring a book by Academy Award nominee Chazz Palminteri, music by Oscar, Grammy, and Tony Award winner Alan Menken, and lyrics by Grammy Award winner and Oscar and Tony Award nominee Glenn Slater, co-directed by two-time Oscar winner Robert De Niro and four-time Tony Award winner Jerry Zaks, with choreography by Tony nominee Sergio Trujillo. A BRONX TALE THE MUSICAL begins previews Thursday, November 3 and open Thursday, December 1 at the Longacre Theatre (220 West 48th Street).

Earlier this week, New York Life kicked-off 'The Reindeer Games,' in celebration of Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer: The Musical, taking flight for the first time in New York City at The Theater at Madison Square Garden this holiday season.

On Monday night, the biggest names from Broadway and Hollywood took the stage for aHillary Clinton fundraiser- STRONGER TOGETHER. One of the highlights of the event, which took place at New York's St. James Theatre, featured Tony Award winners Lin-Manuel Miranda and his Hamilton co-star Renee Elise Goldsberry, performing a revised election-themed version of the musical's, 'Ten Duel Commandments.' The cast includes Richard Armitage (The Hobbit), Alex Hurt (Cat on a Hot Tin Roof), Zoe Kazan (The Seagull), Ben Rosenfield ('Boardwalk Empire') and two-time Tony nominee Amy Ryan ('The Office,' A Streetcar Named Desire). MCC Theater will soon present the New York City premiere of the new musical Ride the Cyclone, which marks just the third musical in MCC's now-iconic 30-year history of producing new works for the American theater. With book, music and lyrics by Jacob Richmond and Brooke Maxwell, Ride the Cyclone had its celebrated U.S. premiere in 2015 at Chicago Shakespeare Theater under the direction and choreography of Rachel Rockwell, who returns for the MCC production.
