After 18 years of hosting some of music and entertainment's most revered names, B.B. King Blues Club & Grill has announced its final run of shows in its current Times Square location (237 W 42nd St). Due to escalating rent, the historic venue and supper club is forced to close its doors with a final performance on April 29, 2018. B.B. King Blues Club is in the process of selecting a new location in Manhattan to relocate the venue.

CJ Entertainment announced today that its highly anticipated espionage film, “The Spy Gone North” (“Gongjak”), is releasing in the U.S. this Summer. The film has been invited to the Midnight section of the 71stCannes Film Festival, which is taking place May 8-19. Directed by YOON Jong-bin, this is his second invitation after “The Unforgiven” in 2006. Starring HWANG Jung-min (“The Battleship Island,” “The Wailing”), LEE Sung-min (“The Sheriff in Town”, “A Violent Prosecutor”), CHO Jin-woong (“The Handmaiden,” “Bluebeard”), and JU Ji-hoon (“Along with the Gods: The Two Worlds,” “Asura: City of Madness”; this is HWANG and CHO's second invitation to the festival as well. Breaking Glass Pictures has acquired North American rights to the stunning, coming-of-age tale MOSS by writer/director Daniel Peddle. Breaking Glass acquired rights to the film in April in a deal negotiated between Breaking Glass CEO Rich Wolff and Oration Films CEO, Timothy O'Brien, worldwide sales agent for the title. The film will open theatrically in New York and Los Angeles on July 6 followed by a DVD & VOD release on July 10, 2018.
