Entertainment Executive Kevin Liles will join the Broadway production of THE TRIP TO BOUNTIFUL, Horton Foote's classic play hitting Broadway in April.

The Guthrie today announced that it will commemorate the 200th anniversary of the 1813 publication of Jane Austen's novel Pride and Prejudice with a summer production on the Wurtele Thrust Stage. The final show of the Guthrie's own 50th anniversary season, Pride and Prejudice will begin previews on July 6, with an opening night of July 12, and will run through August 31.

When radio station representatives, record executives, and performers gather in Nashville for the Country Radio Seminar (CRS) February 27 - March 1, among many up-and-coming musical groups vying for attention will be Jetset Getset. The teen band, recently named by the Country Music Association on the list of 'Who New to Watch in 2013,' will perform at the historic Tootsie's Orchid Lounge on Friday, March 1, from noon until 2:00 p.m.

Jillian Michaels is set to launch her first ever 'Maximize Your Life' tour this spring. Kicking-off April 4th in Winnipeg, Manitoba, the tour touches down in 35 cities across the United States and Canada, wrapping up May 21 in Toronto. Broadway In Chicago has announced the upcoming 2013 fall season line-up. Broadway In Chicago's 2013 fall season will include BUDDY, FLASHDANCE, TO MASTER THE ART, EVITA, ONCE and ELF. The 2013 fall off-season specials include Emerald City Theatre's production of THE CAT IN THE HAT, WE WILL ROCK YOU and the return of WICKED.

Violinist Anne-Sophie Mutter and pianist Lambert Orkis give 10 performances across the U.S. in March of 2013.

Brooklyn Center for the Performing Arts at Brooklyn College (BCBC) is pleased to announce the rescheduling of a concert by Metropolitan Klezmer & Isle of Klezbos on Sunday, April 7, 2013 at 2pm. In One Woman in a Hundred (University of Illinois Press, 2013), author Mary Sue Welsh shares the remarkable biography of harpist Edna Phillips (1907-2003), who joined the Philadelphia Orchestra in 1930. Phillips was not only the Philadelphia Orchestra's first female member, but also the first woman to hold a principal position in any major orchestra in America.

The Art Institute of Chicago has announced the launch of 'Art Institute of Chicago Tours,' a free 'indoor GPS' app for Apple and Android devices that presents 50 rich and varied tours of all the public spaces in the museum and its thousands of works on view. The custom tours offer information on more than 300 works of art, 50 different ways to organize a visit to the museum according to a visitor's interests, and turn-by-turn navigation, made possible by the museum's new free and open Wi-Fi network and 'indoor-GPS' software. The 'Art Institute of Chicago Tours' app allows museum-goers to explore unfamiliar parts of the museum, learn more about their favorite works and artists, and plan personalized visits to the museum.

The Dramatists Guild Fund has announced this year's Madge Evans and Sidney Kingsley Award to actress Linda Lavin and playwright Lynn Nottage. The awards will be presented by Dramatists Guild Fund Board Member Terrence McNally on Monday, February 25, 2013 at an intimate salon with award-winning composer Charles Strouse. The event will also include remarks by Jeffrey Lyons, godson of Sidney Kingsley, and will be held at the home of lyricist and playwright Gretchen Cryer.

Beginning Friday, The Duplex welcomes Carly Sakolove in an open-ended engagement of her one-woman show, I HEAR VOICES. In addition to Carly, a surprise guest "Diva" will be performing to celebrate the opening. As of February 22, audiences can enjoy Sakolove's critically acclaimed "Broadway Diva" impressions on the last Friday of each month. The show, written by Sakolove and Tony Award nominee Bill Russell has previously played sold-out engagements at The Duplex and Joe's Pub.

A Raisin in the Sun, Lorraine Hansberry's drama, will extend its performance schedule through March 9th at Palm Beach Dramaworks' Don & Ann Brown Theatre (201 Clematis Street). The production will play the following additional performances: Thursday 3/7 at 8pm, Friday 3/8 at 8pm and Saturday 3/9 at 2 & 8pm.

LuluBelle Productions is set to present the world premiere of Alabama Baggage, a new drama written by Buddy Farmer, and directed by Paul Messinger, at Theatre Asylum in Hollywood. There will be one preview on Friday, March 8, and opening is Saturday, March 9 at 8pm, and Alabama Baggage will play a six-week engagement through April 14 only.

Ocean State Theatre Company (OSTC), the not-for-profit which brought new life to the historic Theatre By The Sea for the past five years, will present a staged reading of They Walk Among Us at their new state-of-the-art theatre in Warwick on Sunday, March 10 at 7:00 pm.

The producers of the Tony-winning hit musical comedy NICE WORK IF YOU CAN GET IT have announced that two-time Tony Award winner Matthew Broderick has extended his run in the production and will now perform through June 15th. His co-star four-time Tony Award nominee Kelli O'Hara will play her final performance on March 31st. Tony Award nominee Jessie Mueller will join the show in the role of 'Billie Bendix' on April 2nd.

Short Story Theatre, a story-telling troupe of local writers, will present an evening of storytelling on Tuesday, March 5, at 7:00 p.m. at the Laughing Chameleon, 1830 Tower Drive, in Glenview in the Glen.

The Milkshake Trio, the groundbreaking band for kids and grownups, celebrating the release of their fifth CD, Got a Minute?, is performing a family concert on Sunday, March 3 at 2:00 pm at The Jewish Museum. In this show for kids ages 2 to 7, the band will play old favorites like 'Baseball' (where the trio plays a mini-ball game with the audience), 'Fingers & Toes' (in which band member Michael 'Shepp' Sheppard tries out his French), and 'Bottle of Sunshine' (featuring the Milkshake Bottle of Sunshine), along with an array of new songs from Got a Minute? Known for an energetic pop-rock style, the Milkshake Trio's musical influences range from Julie Andrews and The Beatles to The White Stripes and Bo Diddley. The trio also includes the founders of Milkshake, Lisa Mathews and Mikel Gehl.

Now a much-anticipated feature of the arts centre spring programme, Roscommon Drama Festival showcases nine nights of award-winning performances by amateur groups from all over Ireland, all of who are eager to win a nomination to the All-Ireland Drama Finals.
