Concertmaster David Coucheron will take center stage to perform Mendelssohn's Violin Concerto with guest conductor Robert Abbado and the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra March 7 and 9 at 8:00 p.m., and 10, 2013, at 3:00 p.m., in Atlanta Symphony Hall at the Woodruff Arts Center. Mr. Abbado will also lead the Orchestra in Schubert's Overture to Die Zauberharfe and the Atlanta Symphony premiere of Berio's Rendering - an inventive reimagining of Schubert's "Unfinished" Symphony No. 10, which Schubert was working on at the time of his death. The program will also include Rossini's William Tell Overture.

The concert is part of the WMP Concert Hall's "Pairings Series" in which two unlikely composers are paired in concerts, and audience members can enjoy a glass of wine included with admission.
