Award-winning Maurer Productions Onstage presents the screwball comedy "A Little Murder Never Hurt Anybody" at Mercer County Community College's Kelsey Theatre. Dates and times for this production are Fridays, Nov. 2 and 9 at 8 p.m.; Saturdays, Nov. 3 and 10 at 8 p.m.; and Sundays, Nov. 4 and 11 at 2 p.m. Kelsey Theatre is located on the college's West Windsor campus, 1200 Old Trenton Road. A reception with the cast and crew follows the opening night performance on Nov. 2.

The University of Dubuque has invited the Columbus Symphony and the Dubuque Symphony to perform a special concert together to celebrate the grand opening of the University's new state-of-the-art Performing Arts and Campus Center on Saturday, May 11, 2013. The collaboration was initiated by Joe and Linda Chlapaty, Dubuque graduates and Columbus residents who are major supporters of the 80,000 square foot, $30 million facility currently under construction.

The Children will be joined by hosts Connie Britton (three-time Emmy nominee, Friday Night Lights, American Horror Story and ABC's new TV hit Nashville), Carla Gugino (Entourage, Spy Kids and the new hit TV series Political Animals) along with a unique performance by Big Kenny (singer, songwriter, humanitarian, of country music's superstar group Big & Rich). Big Kenny will also be receiving a special award for his work in the Sudan.

Novelist Nathan Englander discusses his new play, The Twenty-Seventh Man, with the theater director Barry Edelstein, in a conversation moderated by the journalist Alexis Soloski. Set in a Russian prison in 1952, the play is adapted from one of Englander's stories in the collection For the Relief of Unbearable Urges. It will be performed at The Public Theater from November 7 to December 9.

Building upon a rich history of importing standout Edinburgh productions and major international companies to America in recent years, St. Ann's Warehouse (Artistic Director, Susan Feldman; Executive Director, Andrew D. Hamingson) will present this American Premiere (and the Baxter Theatre Centre's American debut), which adapts the August Strindberg classic to post-apartheid South Africa. SHN today announced the return engagement of the Tony, Grammy and Olivier Award-winning hit musical JERSEY BOYS, the story of Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons. The musical will make its much-anticipated return to San Francisco at the SHN Curran Theatre on March 9, 2013.
