Single Carrot Theatre Announces it Will be First Tenant at 2600 N. Howard StreetDecember 5, 2012Single Carrot Theatre announces plans to move to 2600 N. Howard Street, currently Mr. James' Tire Shop in the coming year. Seawall Development will reopen the tire shop as a freshly rehabilitated historic building, focused on non-profits, performance, and dining. Single Carrot Theatre, previously housed at Load of Fun on North Avenue, is the first tenant of the building.
