This is the second consecutive year the awards will be broadcast on PBS in a co-production with Great Performances. The AARP Movies for Grownups multimedia franchise was established in 2002 to celebrate and encourage filmmaking with unique appeal to movie lovers with a grownup state of mind — and recognize the inspiring artists who make them.

The Academy of Country Music® announced today that iconic entertainer and 16-time ACM Award® winner Reba McEntire will return as host and executive producer of the 54th ACADEMY OF COUNTRY MUSIC AWARDS, Country Music's Party of the Year®. The awards telecast, honoring country music's superstars and hottest emerging talent, will air LIVE from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Sunday, April 7, 2019 at 8:00 PM ET / delayed PT on the CBS Television Network. This year's ceremony will mark Reba's sixteenth time serving as host.

A second wave of stars is headed for the Oscars stage on Sunday, Feb. 24. Academy Awards producer Donna Gigliotti and co-producer and director Glenn Weiss announced today 13 more Hollywood luminaries to celebrate the year in movies. “The Oscars” airs live on The ABC Television Network and will be broadcast in more than 225 countries and territories.

Ted Bundy and his horrifying killing spree in the 1970s have captured the nation's attention for decades. On the heels of the 30th anniversary of Bundy's execution, a two-hour “20/20” event provides new insight into Bundy's vicious past and crimes. He admitted to murdering at least 30 women and girls, many of whom he kidnapped and sexually assaulted. Authorities believe he may have been responsible for as many as 100 homicides. The prime-time documentary features new interviews with key players, including surviving victims and those who were vital in helping place Bundy behind bars. “20/20” airs Friday, Feb. 15 (9:00 – 11:00 p.m. EST), on ABC. 

CBS (16.021 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 4.4, #1) was of course the network to beat on Sunday with its presentations of 'The 61st Annual Grammy Awards Red Carpet' (10.247 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 2.3, #2) and 'The 61st Annual Grammy Awards' (17.945 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 5.0, #1). Said numbers were up in viewers but down in demos from 'The 60th Annual Grammy Awards' (17.645 million viewers; adults 18-49: 5.4).

A&E Network will premiere the six-hour documentary series “Biography: The Trump Dynasty” drawing from first-hand accounts and never-before-seen archival footage that examine the life and heritage of the 45th President of the United States. As part of the network's award-winning Biography series, the documentary spans three generations of the Trump family saga and offers an in-depth exploration of the influences that shaped Donald Trump's personality, celebrity, and ambition in business and politics. “Biography: The Trump Dynasty” premieres Monday, February 25 at 9PM ET/PT and airs over three consecutive nights.

It was announced today that John Heffernan (Collateral, The Crown), Joanna Scanlan (Hold The Sunset, No Offence), Dolly Wells (Can You Ever Forgive Me, 45 Years), Morfydd Clark (His Dark Materials, Patrick Melrose), Lujza Richter (Phantom Thread) and series co-writer Mark Gatiss (Doctor Who, Sherlock) have joined the cast of Dracula.
