ESPN Films' award-winning 30 for 30 series continues on May 28 with the documentary 'Qualified' at 9 p.m. ET on ESPN. Directed by Jenna Ricker ('Ben's Plan,' 'The American Side') with producers Caroline Waterlow and Nina Krstic ('O.J.: Made in America') and Greg Stuhr ('The American Side'), 'Qualified' chronicles the roadblocks and hardships Janet Guthrie overcame in becoming the first woman ever to compete in both the Indianapolis 500 and the Daytona 500 - and eventually, an auto racing legend. Watch a clip.

THE WHO are gearing up for a 29-date North American 'Moving On' Symphonic Tour where a local symphony orchestra will join the band nightly for songs from 'Tommy' and 'Quadrophenia'along with their greatest hits and some long awaited new tunes.  Roger Daltrey got the idea of a symphonic tour after spending the summer of 2018 performing 'Tommy' with symphonies and“loving the experience”.  That tour was conducted by renowned composer and conductor, KEITH LEVENSON, where he led symphonies including The Boston Pops, The Chicago Symphony and The Cleveland Orchestra.   

Madonna today released the empowering and anthemic ballad 'I Rise,' the second track of five songs to be previewed before her highly-anticipated new studio album Madame X debuts globally on June 14. Following the release of the critically-acclaimed 'Medellín,' additional songs to be shared with fans include the infectious pop gem 'Crave' featuring Swae Lee and produced by Mike Dean on May 10, the Jamaican dancehall vibes of 'Future' featuring Quavo on May 17, as well as the sonically innovative 'Dark Ballet' on June 7.

YouTube today announced that all of its forthcoming original series and specials will soon be available for fans around the world to watch for free with ads- just like they enjoy everything else on the platform. In addition, YouTube unveiled a new and returning slate of original series and specials focused on music, learning and personalities that will all be free with ads, including seasons 1 and 2 of “Cobra Kai” beginning this fall. The announcements were made on stage today at YouTube's annual Brandcast event by Chief Business Officer Robert Kyncl.

Netflix and Treehouse Pictures reunite Zoey Deutch, Glen Powell and writer/producer Katie Silberman in a new romantic comedy, tentatively titled Most Dangerous Game, set to go into production in early 2020

The Johnsons will be back for Season 6 of “black-ish,” as The ABC Television Network announced it is picking up the acclaimed comedy for the 2019-2020 season. In addition, ABC will expand the award-winning “black-ish” franchise even further, with the network giving an early series order to “mixed-ish,” a spinoff about Rainbow Johnson's experience growing up in a mixed-race family in the '80s.

The Madison Square Garden Company (NYSE: MSG) celebrates Jerry Seinfeld's 50th show in his residency at the Beacon Theatre with tomorrow's 9:30pm performance. Seinfeld began this overwhelmingly successful residency in 2016, and continued it throughout 2017 before resuming in January 2019. Seinfeld currently holds the record for the most comedy shows at The Beacon, and is catching up to the total performance numbers of other legendary Beacon Theatre mainstays, including Allman Brothers Band and Steely Dan, who have 238 and 60 performances, respectively. Additional performances as part of the Seinfeld residency have been announced through November 2019.

'The Gilded Age,' from Oscar, Emmy And Golden Globe Winner Julian Fellowes, heads to HBO as a drama series. The Award-winning Downton Abbey team of Fellowes, Gareth Neame And Michael Engler reunite for the 10-episode series. 

BAM announces the full lineup for the 11th annual BAMcinemaFest, a platform for both emerging and established filmmakers, running June 12—23. This year's 12-day festival includes 18 NY premieres, one U.S. premiere, and three world premieres. According to Associate Vice President of Film Gina Duncan, “Our goal remains consistent: to present the best American independent cinema being made today. But this is the first year that I've felt the films fit together as a cohesive whole; they are linked by a naturalness, an intimate focus, and boundless creativity. As the larger film conversation continues to focus on record-breaking box offices, it feels defiant to present a program that centers film as art.'

German producer Christian Löffler will embark on a North American Tour in June - playing Mexico City's Foro Normandie (6/14), San Francisco's Gray Area (6/15), Brooklyn's Music Hall of Williamsburg (6/19), Montreal's SAT (6/21), Miami's Floyd (6/22) and DC's Flash (6/23). The tour is in support of his new LP, “Graal (Prologue)” out 4/5  via Ki-Records, and follows a string of sold-out dates across Europe (Paris, Brussels, Warsaw, Prague, Berlin and more).

ABC Entertainment and Fremantle announced today that multihyphenate star Elizabeth Banks can now add game show host to her acting, directing and producing credits. Banks is set to host the return of “Press Your Luck,” a game of wits, strategy and even higher stakes as contestants try to avoid the iconic and devilish WHAMMY for a chance at life-changing cash and prizes. “Press Your Luck” premieres WEDNESDAY, JUNE 12 (8:00–9:00 p.m. EDT), on ABC.

The Los Angeles Philharmonic Association announced today that Lorna Luft will return to the Hollywood Bowl, joining Barry Manilow as a special guest in the previously announced performances on Friday and Saturday, September 6 and 7.  

Prospect Theater Company, under the leadership of Producing Artistic Director Cara Reichel and Managing Director Melissa Huber, will present Message In A Bottle, a collection of new mini-musicals in concert, the culmination of Prospect's 2019 Musical Theater Lab.  Message In A Bottle, the company's 13th lab production, will be presented on Saturday, June 1 at 7:30pm and Sunday, June 2 at 2:00pm at The A.R.T.  / New York Theatres (502 West 53rd St, NYC).
