Just last night, Manhattan Theatre Club presented its annual Spring Gala at Cipriani 42nd Street (110 East 42nd Street) honoring Matthew C. Blank, Chairman of Showtime Networks Inc. This year's Gala was hosted by Emmy and Tony Award winner Mandy Patinkin and featured performances by many of the most acclaimed musicals on Broadway including Bandstand; A Bronx Tale; Come From Away; Dear Evan Hansen; Natasha, Pierre & The Great Comet of 1812; Sunset Boulevard; and a sneak peek of Manhattan Theatre Club's upcoming production of Prince of Broadway.

Roundabout Theatre Company will present Meghan Kennedy's (Too Much, Too Much, Too Many) new play Napoli, Brooklyn, commissioned by Roundabout, directed by Gordon Edelstein. The cast includes Shirine Babb as 'Celia Jones,' Alyssa Bresnahan as 'Luda,' Juliet Brett as 'Connie Duffy,' Jordyn DiNatale as 'Francesca Muscolino,' Lilli Kay as 'Tina Muscolino,' Elise Kibler as 'Vita Muscolino,' Erik Lochtefeld as 'Albert Duffy' and Michael Rispoli as 'Nic Muscolino.'

Paper Mill Playhouse, recipient of the 2016 Regional Theatre Tony Award, will present the hit Broadway musical Mary Poppins based on the stories of P.L. Travers and the Walt Disney Film with original music and lyrics by Richard M. Sherman and Robert B. Sherman, book by Julian Fellowes, new songs and additional music and lyrics by George Stiles and Anthony Drewe, and co-created by Cameron Mackintosh. Bank of America is the Major Sponsor of Mary Poppins.

Atlantic Theater Company presents the world premiere production of Olivier Award winner Derren Brown's new show Secret, written by Andy Nyman, Derren Brown and Andrew O'Connor, and directed by Andrew O'Connor and Andy Nyman.

The Leonard Bernstein Office today announced "Leonard Bernstein at 100," a two-year global celebration of the life and career of the 20th century cultural giant, featuring more than 1,000 events on six continents. A kickoff at The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts on Friday, September 22, 2017 will officially launch the celebrations which continue worldwide through the end of August 2019.

The Signature Theatre's Annual Gala was held just last night at The Pershing Square Signature Center (located at 480 West 42nd Street between 9th & 10th Avenues). The event, hosted by Signature Board Chair Edward Norton, celebrated Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright Suzan-Lori Parks, Signature's 2016-17 Residency One Playwright, and honor the steadfast support of Signature's official airline, Delta Air Lines.

At the Carlyle, Chita will be accompanied by her music director Michael Croiter and trio.

John Guare's Six Degrees of Separation found its way home to Broadway last night, in its first revival since opening in 1990. After the curtain came down at the Barrymore Theatre, Allison Janney, John Benjamin Hickey, Corey Hawkins and the rest of the company celebrated at Brasserie 8½. Just last night, Lincoln Center Theater held its annual benefit celebrating Andre Bishop (Producing Artistic Director) and his 25 Years at LCT.

The Signature Theatre world premiere production of The Antipodes, written by Residency Five playwright Annie Baker and directed by Lila Neugebauer, has been extended by for a third time through June 4, 2017. It opened just last night in The Romulus Linney Courtyard Theatre at The Pershing Square Signature Center (480 West 42nd Street between 9th and 10th Avenues).
