Caps Lock Theatre will present The Foreplay Play by award-winning playwright Mariah MacCarthy from April 19 to May 6, 2012. It will run Thursday - Sunday at 8:00. This dark comedy is set in an apartment in Brooklyn, which is also the venue for this production directed by Leta Tremblay. In The Foreplay Play, a lesbian couple and a straight couple attempt a foursome with disastrous results.

The Quixotic artist ensemble will present a showcase, ONE, on Saturday, April 14 at the Midland Theatre. Doors open at for 7:00 PM special guests The Human Experience at 7:30pm and the Quixotic show at 8:30pm.

kef theatrical productions has announced an upcoming partnership with Justin Brill (WICKED national tour) to present a four week run of Steven Strafford's METHTACULAR! The production will run at the Playroom Theatre at 151 West 46th Street in New York beginning August 30th. The show is currently slated to run through September 23rd.

The Lyric Hammersmith will present the UK premiere of Three Kingdoms - a brand new thriller by Olivier Award-winning playwright Simon Stephens - in a European co-production with Tallinn's NO99 Theatre and Munich Kammerspiele from the 3rd to the 19th of May. The Broadway production of EVITA opens tonight at the Marquis Theatre. The York Mystery Plays, a medieval cycle of plays which have been performed by the people of York for hundreds of years, will return to the city this year on an epic scale from 2 to 27 August. As well as a cast of professional actors, over 2,500 people will be involved in the staging of this production including over 1,500 local volunteers as the two casts of community ensemble, musicians, choir and crew.
