Irish comedy sensation Ardal O'Hanlon, star of Channel 4's hit Britcom 'Father Ted,' returns to NY for a two-night engagement at the Irish Arts Center as part of MARCH MADNESS, a month-long celebration of Irish arts and culture. Ardal O'Hanlon LIVE performs on Friday, March 6 and Saturday, March 7 at 8 PM. Jerry Springer will make his West End stage debut starring as ?Billy Flynn' in the smash hit West End musical 'CHICAGO' at the Cambridge Theatre on Monday 1 June. He will play the part for a six-week season, finishing on 11 July.

The Menier Chocolate Factory's sell out production of Stephen Sondheim and Hugh Wheeler's A Little Night Music is to transfer to the West End for a strictly limited run. Trevor Nunn's critically acclaimed production will transfer to the Garrick Theatre from 28 March, with press night on Tuesday 7 April and is booking until 25 July 2009. A Little Night Music is produced in the West End by David Babani for Chocolate Factory Productions, Andrew Fell and Nica Burns and Max Weitzenhoffer for Nimax Theatres.

The Blank Theatre Company's Nationwide Young Playwrights Festival is now seeking submissions from playwrights 19 years of age and younger through March 16, 2009. Winning plays will be presented by professional actors and directors in June of 2009 in Hollywood, CA. Now in its seventeenth year, The Blank Theatre Company's Young Playwrights Festival is a nationwide competition that produces the work of eight to twelve teenage playwrights each year. The Festival has produced 184 plays by playwrights 19 and younger since 1993 from over 25 states.
