The inaugural Burnt Orange Theatre REP Company present: The Tempest
Marooned with his daughter on a remote island, an embittered man conjures a storm to shipwreck his enemies. Through magic and manipulation, he seeks revenge. As each person struggles to survive against a landscape that seems to have an agenda of its own, reconciliation becomes a perilous journey fraught with betrayal, retribution and undeniable consequences.
Created collaboratively with a 14 strong company of 16-21 year old performers, Burnt Orange Theatre have revolutionised the traditional REP training model, providing The Ultimate Playground For Young Creatives. The season is a testament to Burnt Orange Theatre’s commitment to delivering professional level, diverse and thought-provoking performances, featuring young artists in roles on and off stage.
The carefully curated productions of The Tempest and Constellations showcase the depth of talent within our company, promising audiences an unforgettable journey through the realms of classical and contemporary theatre.
