Geppetto the carpenter carves a puppet called Pinocchio from a block of wood.
But the naughty puppet abandons Gepetto in favour of a life of adventure. Jealous of his new friends, Pinocchio is desperate to become a real boy, but what sacrifices will he have to make before he can achieve his dream?
This extraordinary story of redemption is also a hysterical satire on growing up and features a leading actor whose nose really does grow live on stage!
Following the success of last year's show Robin Hood, Wizard Theatre returns with the much loved classic Pinocchio, in association with multi award winning international theatre company Illyria.
