Following her brief child star fame in a never critically acclaimed BBC One sitcom in 2004, she's desperately been trying to stay relevant. This 2021 BAFTA Rocliffe Shortlist writer is now seizing the spotlight with her absurd 45 minute showreel of sketches, comedy bits and skits. With nine costume changes and a variety of characters, she's guaranteed to grab your attention.
A bit about this Attention Seeker:
Jess has been studying and performing improv since 2018 as well as writing and performing sketch comedy. In 2022/23 she joined the cast of 5 star comedy play 'Game Night' (Ear to Ear Productions) which had a run at Edinburgh Festival ('22) and London's West End ('23). Her latest venture into clowning, attending workshops by the magnificent Elf Lyons, has heavily influenced her new work.
Jess will be doing her first full month run at Edinburgh Fringe this year with her work-in-progress show Attention Seeker. Spread the word or catch her at Greenside @ George Street 1620 2nd-24th Aug (not 11 & 18th).
