Joan Raffe is a talented actress who has made a name for herself on Broadway and beyond. Born in New York City, Raffe began her career in the theater, performing in various productions throughout the city. She quickly gained recognition for her powerful voice and dynamic stage presence, and before long, she was being sought after by some of the biggest names in the industry.



Raffe's Broadway debut came in 1970, when she appeared in the original production of Stephen Sondheim's "Company." She played the role of Marta, one of the many women in the life of the show's protagonist, Bobby. Raffe's performance was praised for its energy and vitality, and she quickly became a favorite among audiences and critics alike.

Over the years, Raffe has appeared in a number of other Broadway productions, including "A Chorus Line," "Chicago," and "Les Miserables." In each of these shows, she has brought a unique and unforgettable energy to the stage, captivating audiences with her powerful voice and dynamic acting.

In addition to her work on Broadway, Raffe has also made a name for herself in film and television.
