WFCP HOME TIME RADIO HOUR 2012 - Freeport Players Non Equity Auditions

Auditions for the WFCP HOME TIME RADIO HOUR 2012 will be held Monday September 24 and Tuesday September 25 at Freeport Middle School on Kendall Lane. To join the cast of "Radio IX", come to either session sometime between 6:30 and 8:30. No appointment needed. Actors will be asked to cold-read excerpts of sketches, and singers will be asked to sing a song of their choosing (probably a capella, but we might have a pianist who can sight read your music if you bring it). We will do our best to find a way to include everyone who auditions in some way. We are restructuring the music for Radio a bit this year, and as a result there will be fewer solos and featured bits for singers. However, there'll be plenty of room for singers in the large group numbers and the Swingtones (aka jingle singers). We're also adjusting the sketches a bit to provide more opportunities for non-singers (or singers who want to try something new!). Rehearsals begin in early October. Performances will be December 7-9 at Freeport Performing Arts Center.
