The character is an Italian-American Brooklyn-born assistant district attorney complete with a Brooklyn swagger/attitude and accent. He speaks a few lines in Neapolitan Dialect, so a rudimentary knowledge of the Italian language would be extremely helpful. This is a principal singing role. The ability to read music is preferred, although not required. If a New York-based actor is selected for the role, transportation will be paid from Manhattan to rehearsal and performance sites in New Jersey.

Role Description: This is an UNDERSTUDY role. Slim to average build, 5’6”-5’10”; youthful, dark hair. No facial hair. The character immigrated from Sicily to New York’s Little Italy and speaks with a slight Italian/broken English accent. A Sicilian-speaking actor is preferred, but an applicant who speaks Italian is acceptable. This is a principal singing role. The ability to read music is preferred, although not required. Applicants for this role must reside in New Jersey.

NOTE: Actors selected for the above roles will be required to attend a Meet and Greet in New Jersey on Sunday, July 29th, and be ready to begin rehearsals on Sundays starting August 5th, although not all cast members are required to attend all rehearsals.
