PRODUCTION DESCRIPTION
K2KEntertainment and The Kelsey Theatre are seeking new talent for The 2014 Kelsey Theatre Dance Squad, a special dance company that will assist in entertaining the audience at The 2014 Kelsey Awards on August 16, 2014 at 8pm in West Windsor, New Jersey inside The Kelsey Theatre. Headed by choreographer Rachel Tovar, this dance company, now in its fourth year, has gone on to create some of the most vital and memorable moments during the Kelsey Theatre Award ceremony, year after year. The Dance Squad repertoire includes Broadway-style, hip-hop, and contemporary. This production is non-union and non-compensated.

REHEARSAL & PRODUCTION DATES & LOCATIONS
Rehearsals will begin in late-June in West Windsor, New Jersey on the Mercer County Community College campus dance studio. The Dance Squad will perform during The 2014 Kelsey Awards on August 16, 2014 at 8pm, inside The Kelsey Theatre (West Windsor, New Jersey).
Rehearsals will be held 2-3 days per week. Specific days and dates will depend upon conflicts. All dancers are required to be available for tech all morning/afternoon on Saturday, August 16 (the day of the performance).
SEEKING
We are seeking trained dancers – both male and female. Ages 13+
AUDITION DATE & LOCATION
Saturday, June 21, 2014 at 12pm. (SIGN-UP REQUIRED)
The auditions will take place inside the Mercer County Community College Dance Studio (PE225). The Dance Studio is located on the second floor of the Physical Education Building (PE Building), which is directly across the street from The Kelsey Theatre.
The Kelsey Theatre and the MCCC Studio are located within the Mercer County Community College campus. Free parking is available directly next to the Kelsey Theatre building and the PE Building.

WHAT TO PREPARE ON AUDITION DAY
Dancers should arrive by 11:30am to complete any unfinished paperwork, stretch, warm-up, ect. The auditions will begin promptly at 12pm.
Dancers should bring a headshot (or recent picture) and their dance resume.
No prepared dance piece is required.
Please wear proper dance attire.

Once you have signed-up, you will receive a confirmation e-mail within 24 hours that features an audition form/conflict sheet which you should print out and bring completed to the audition along with your headshot/recent photo and dance resume.
