REHEARSAL SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday, 7:30PM to 10PM, from March 23 to May 7, 2015

PERFORMANCE SCHEDULE: May 8 through 30, 2015

Thursdays, Fridays, & Saturdays at 8:00PM

Sundays at 2:00PM

AUDITION REQUIREMENTS: All roles are available and casting is open, and newcomers are welcome and encouraged. Please arrive early to facilitate filling out the audition form prior to the start of the auditions. Bring a list of all conflicts with the rehearsal schedule. The audition process will consist of reading from the script; sides will be provided.

PLOT SUMMARY: Ben has recently graduated college, with his parents now expecting great things from him. At his homecoming party, Mrs. Robinson -- the wife of his father's business partner -- has Ben drive her home, which leads to an affair between the two. The affair eventually ends but comes back to haunt him when he finds himself falling for Elaine, Mrs. Robinson's daughter.

CHARACTER BREAKDOWN:

Benjamin (Male, early 20s) – A young and confused student who returns home to Los Angeles after graduating with honors from a good university, but with no idea as to what he now wants to do with his life.

Mrs. Robinson (Female, late 30s to mid-40s) – The icy, sexy, and alcoholic wife of Benjamin's father's law partner, who has known Benjamin (and his parents) since he was born.

Mr. Robinson (Male, 40s) – Detached husband of Mrs. Robinson, very protective father of Elaine, and law partner of Ben's father.

Elaine (Female, early 20s) – Mrs. Robinson's daughter, who is finishing her college studies. Confused, stubborn, and reluctant to surrender to her true feelings.

Mr. Braddock (Dad) (Male, 40s) – Benjamin's father, who is a successful Los Angeles lawyer. Optimistic but pushy.

Mrs. Braddock (Mom) (Female, late 30s to mid-40s) – Benjamin's mother, who is a typical housewife. Has her opinions, but largely keeps them to herself.

Stripper (Female, 20s-30s) – Dim, buxom, and gum-chewing.

Hotel Clerk (Male or Female, 30s-50s) – Has seen it all with regards to unmarried trysts, and has no problem expressing his skepticism to Benjamin.

Psychiatrist (Male, 30s-50s) – Officious and confident.

Men (20s-50s) – Drunkenly enjoying visual distractions in strip bar; obnoxious.

Wedding Guests (Males & Females, 20s-60s) Celebrants at the wedding; about to be very surprised.

Priest (Male, 30s-50s) Even more surprised than the guests ...
