Woodbury Community Theatre is pleased to announce auditions for

Songs for a New World – September 30 – October 16

Show Overview: It's about one moment. It's about hitting the wall and having to make a choice, or take a stand, or turn around and go back. These are the stories and characters of today, the Songs For A New World. The first musical from Tony Award winner Jason Robert Brown (Parade, Bridges Of Madison County, The Last Five Years), this moving collection of powerful songs examines life, love and the choices we make.

Cast Needs: Justin Madsen will be directing this cast of four adults (18 or older). Looking for strong singers with the ability to learn music quickly and hold complex harmonies.

Auditions at Merrill Rivertown Campus:

• Saturday July 23 – 1-4pm
• Sunday July 24 – 7-10pm
• Monday July 25 – 7-10pm
• Callbacks: Saturday July 30 – 12-3pm

Performances in the Black Box Theater @ East Ridge High School:

• Friday, September 30 through Sunday, October 16

Rehearsal Information: Rehearsals will take place both at the Merrill Rivertown Campus and the black box theatre at East Ridge High School. Rehearsals will typically be Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri, and Sun evenings from 7-10pm.
