PRIDE AND PREJUDICE - Annapolis Shakespeare Company

The Annapolis Shakespeare Company is seeking Non-AEA MALE ACTORS for the following roles for PRIDE AND PREJUDICE: Mr. Bingley - wealthy young unmarried gentleman, with vitality and sincerity, 20's to 30's; Mr. Bennett, the father of Lizzie and her sisters late 40's to 50's; Mr. Collins, 30's - social climbing clergyman who will inherit the Bennett estate; Mr. Darcy - direct, wealthy, austere hero in his 20-30's; Mr. Wickham, fun-loving, handsome, fortune-hunting militia officer, 20's-30's; Auditions will be held by appointment November 12-16, 2012 in Annapolis, Maryland. Submit headshot/resume to casting@AnnapolisShakespeare.org. Rehearsals February 11-April 5, 2013 (Mon/Wed/Fri evenings and Saturday 9-4), TECH April 6-11, 2013, SHOWS April 11-27, 2013. Pride and Prejudice will be presented at the Bowie Playhouse in White Marsh Park, 16500 White Marsh Park Drive, Bowie, MD 20715. Director: Sally Boyett-D'Angelo; Choreographer: Ken Skrzesz; Voice/Dialect Coach: Nancy Krebs. All rehearsals will take place in Annapolis, MD. A stipend is available for some principal roles along with assistance with travel expenses within DC/MD/VA.
