Auditions for Junie B. Jones The Musical!
Casting 7 female and 4 male actors aged 14-17 (playing 6 years old) and 1 female and 1 male actor aged 25+. All roles are non-union, non-paid. Rehearsals will take place mostly during daytime hours and all performances are matinees. The Carroll Arts Center is located at 91 W. Main st in Westminster MD.
Audition appointments will be scheduled in individual slots (link at bottom of page) on either Saturday May 6 between 10am-1pm or Sunday May 7 between 6pm-8pm. Please prepare for your audition: 16-32 bars of an up-tempo musical theatre piece and one short comedic monologue or a selection from a children’s book. Call Backs will be Thursday May 11 from 4:30-7:30. Actors who are called back will receive material from the script to prepare and will learn a dance combination from the choreographer.
