Director Jay Stewart is holding auditions for Annie, our holiday musical.

Come prepared to sing a song from Annie or a show tune (any show -- bring sheet music!) -- from memory. Be prepared to move and to read from the script. Auditions will be painless, quick, and fun!



Audition Dates:

August 25 in the Art Studio:

5:00pm-7:00pm KIDS

7:00pm-9:00pm ADULTS

August 26 in the Black Box Theater:

10:00am-12:00pm KIDS

12:00pm-2:00pm ADULTS


August 27 Call backs on the Main Stage:

KIDS: 10:00am-11:30am

Hannigan: 12:00pm-1:30pm

Annie: 1:30pm-3:00pm

Adult roles: 3:00pm-4:30pm

About the Show:

The timeless story. The classic characters. The unforgettable songs. The popular comic strip heroine takes center stage in one of the world's best-loved musicals. Join Annie on her spirited journey from a next-to-nothing start at an orphanage run by the wickedly funny Miss Hannigan to finding her ideal family with big-hearted billionaire Daddy Warlocks.

Music by Charles Strouse, lyrics by Martin Charnin, and book by Thomas Meehan.

  • 8 Orphans-- young girls from 8 to 14 years

  • Miss Hannigan-- 35 to 55 years

  • Daddy Warbucks-- 40 to 55 years

  • Rooster Hannigan-- 30 to 40 years

  • Lily St. Regis-- 25 to 35 years

  • Grace Farrell-- 30 to 40 years

  • Drake-- 40 to 50 years

  • Bert Healy-- 30 to 45 years -- can also be part of Ensemble Men

  • Franklin Delano Roosevelt-- 40 to 50 years-- can also be part of Ensemble Men

  • 3 Boylan Sisters-- 20 to 30 years (singers)--can also be part of Ensemble Women

  • 6 Ensemble Men-- to perform multiple supporting roles, age ranges from 30 to 45

  • 6 Ensemble Women-- to perform multiple supporting roles, ages 20 to 45
