This will be a filmed theater scene, to be done as a pitch to other companies advertising night of one acts events in the later half of 2023.
Synopsis: Jeff has an interesting dilemma on his hands: He is set for a big date night with his girlfriend Samantha, where he hopes to kiss her for the first time, but he's not quite sure how he should kiss her. Thus, his friend Louis offers a solution: The two of them go into a relaxed, meditative state, and imagine three different women, Woman A, Woman B, and Woman C, each representing the different kinds of kisses Samantha might want to do.
There are instances of kissing on the lips in this scene. The director asks that all performers who wish to put in for an audition be comfortable with this before attempting an audition.
Role Breakdown:
Woman A: Age 29-34 A timid, shy, nervous woman. She represents a quick peck on the lips in terms of a kissing scenario
Woman B: Age 29-34 A normal, everyday, Woman next door type. She represents a regular, lingering kiss for the kissing scenarios.
Woman C: Age 29-34 A tall, bewitching, seductive woman. She represents a passionate kiss for the kissing scenarios. Should be able to make Jeff melt like butter with one look, one smile, one beckon of her finger, one kiss. Note: A woman on the taller side, while not necessary, would be preferred.
First auditions will be Zoom based, call backs will be in person.
