St. Petersburg City Theatre will hold auditions for our annual holiday production of Charles Dickens’ classic A Christmas Carol. This year’s show will be directed by David W. Collins.
AUDITIONS: Sunday, October 10, 2021 at 6:00 pm
Monday, October 11, 2021 at 6:30 pm
PRODUCTION DATES: December 3 – 12, Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30 pm, Sundays at 2:00 pm with the possibility of a command performance on Thursday December 9th.
REHEARSAL DATES: Beginning Thursday, October 14, 2021, generally three weekday evenings at 6:30 to 9:30 and Sunday afternoons 2 to 6. (Children will rehearse no later than 8 pm on weeknights except for the last week of run-throughs and Tech Week when rehearsals may run until 10 pm.)
AUDITION REQUIREMENTS: Open to all. Attend either audition date; no appointment necessary. Cold readings will be from the script. Carolers will be asked to sing a Christmas Carol of their choice, acapella.
You may fill out an audition form prior to the auditions and return it to office@spcitytheatre.org, or you may fill one out at the audition.
