This bold, new production of the American classic will be a fast-paced reimagining dedicated to stories of diversity and inclusion over the past 70 years. Twelve individuals find themselves battling between sympathy and empathy when a death penalty case brings into question our protected right to doubt.
Must be 18 years or older to participate.
All roles are open and we encourage performers of all ethnicities, gender identities, and experience levels to apply.

Performances: January 28, 2023 at 2pm & 7pm and January 29, 2023 at 2pm
Tech Rehearsals: January 23-27, 2023
November/December Rehearsals: 1 to 2 days a week
January Rehearsals: 3 to 4 days a week
Rehearsal schedule could be weekdays, weeknights, or weekends pending cast availability.

Auditions Dates and Times: Saturday, November 5th from 5pm-9pm and Sunday, November 6th from 2pm-6pm
Auditions will be held at the Carroll Arts Center in the upstairs Community Gallery (this space is handicap accessible.)

This is not an open call, so walks-ins will be limited.

Please prepare a one minute monologue related to social, civil, or judicial awareness OR choose one provided from a list that will be emailed to you after signing up. A group reading of scenes from the show will follow individual monologues.
All audition materials and forms, including contact forms, scheduling conflicts, and monologue options will be sent automatically after sign-up. Forms will also be available in person at audition check-in.
Video Auditions: While in-person auditions are highly recommended, a limited number of video submissions will also be accepted during the audition dates listed. Please contact
