You have a love for start-up environments and are willing to take on a task that might not necessarily be your “job” to help out a coworker.

You have the ability to tell a great story and think on your feet

You have flexibility in your schedule including nights, weekends and holidays

What You’ll do:

You are a high energy experience facilitator. Your job is to entertain and support the museum participants in a fun and professional manner.

Cultivate an environment that promotes the MW mission to create space for and uplift women through engaging experiences.

Welcome guests with a professional presence and act as a brand ambassador, reflective of the company’s values and aesthetic.

Support new team members through mentorship and coworkers through exceptional teamwork and effective communication.

Collaborate and actively participate in pre-shift meetings and staff training.

Ensure that key messaging is being conveyed to guests by assuring rooms are well maintained and aligned with visual standards.

Participate in all other projects and tasks as assigned.
