Donations from Giving Tuesday will support the premiere of our latest ensemble-devised work, The Unraveling, inspired by the mythical character of Circe. This contemporary piece centers around a Classics professor who has escaped from society and isolated herself on the side of a remote mountaintop. An isolation that is about to be destroyed by a young grieving video gamer and her long-estranged daughter.

The Ghost Road Company develops original performance pieces employing Ensemble-Devising and collaborative creation techniques, creating experimental theatrical works that are highly physical, visceral, and visual. The company’s work emphasizes connections amongst the artists and between the artists and the audience by exploring subject-matter that speaks to the current moment. Ghost Road uses multiple forms of source material including classic plays, short stories, imagery, and journalism. The primary goal of the company is to continually put something new and innovative on the theatrical landscape and provide an eventful singular experience for audiences.
