Donate to SPARC Theater in San Francisco

This time of year is about celebration, reflection, and looking forward—three elements that are integral to our continued success and growth as a vibrant arts community. For nearly a decade, we have been fortunate to receive a pivotal grant that has been the backbone of our educational initiatives. Regrettably, we were informed that we would not receive this essential funding this year. This scenario is becoming all too familiar within our sector, posing substantial challenges to organizations dedicated to enriching arts and education. The loss of this grant deeply impacts our ability to carry out our educational programs, which are vital to our mission. These programs nurture critical and creative thinking in our young citizens and bring the joy and enrichment of live theater to our community. Simply put, without support, these initiatives cannot happen. As we approach the end of the year, please consider donating to SPARC Theater. Together, we can overcome these challenges and keep the vibrant spirit of SPARC Theater alive for generations to come.

For over 20 years, Shakespeare’s Associates, Inc, dba Shakespeare & Performing Arts Regional Company (SPARC) has built community in the region through the production of high-quality theatrical experiences in vineyards, public establishments, performing arts venues, schools, colleges, and universities. In 2020, SPARC was named Best in the East Bay’s “Best Live Theater” for a third consecutive year by the readers of the East Bay Times. Inspired by William Shakespeare, who through the rhetoric and poetry of the English language gave voice to the deepest experience of being human, we are committed to creating community through the production of high-quality professional theater experiences. We produce and support theatrical events that celebrate the human experience. We are creating a company that is accessible and fully integrated with the Tri-Valley community and invite the participation of our Central Valley and Greater Bay Area neighbors.
