Breakdown
*NOTE: Seeking versatile musical theatre performers who will make up an assorted company with characters ages mid-20s to early 50s. All must be accomplished singers, dancers, and actors. Performers who play musical instruments are welcome – though those skills are not mandatory, they will be sought and given extra consideration. Seeking performers who will capture the vitality, energy, and glamour of the 1940s and 1950s.
Man 1:
40-50. Classic, handsome leading man. Suave and debonair. Baritone.
Man 2:
25-35. Young and handsome. A charismatic and romantic type. Tenor/baritone.
Man 3:
25-35. Young character tenor. Playful and comic energy.
Woman 1:
Late 30s-late 40s. Glamorous leading lady. Legit soprano with a strong belt.
Woman 2:
25-35. Beautiful, playful, a bit brassy. Mezzo/belter. Must be an excellent dancer.
The following role has been CAST (actors may be considered for possible replacements):
Man 4:
Role CAST. 50s. Pianist. Accompanies most of the production. A character actor and singer. Baritone.
