MAGGIE:
female, 36, single mother of a teenage daughter, fierce attitude as she struggles through to move on from a difficult past
LINDA:
female, 50's, Maggie's mother, an aggressive yet supportive figure for Maggie and Maggie's daughter
LOU:
male, 36, Maggie's ex-husband, a beaten down man who is working to gain back his confidence and build a better relationship with his daughter
PENNY:
female, mid to late 20's, more reserved and less impulsive as the other two women, very kind and supportive, holds her ground on what is most important
GIRL:
female, 17, angry and misunderstood but in need to some kind of connection that makes her feel better about herself
BOY:
male, 17, a nice guy jock that finds something interesting about Girl
