Members may sign up for an appointment through the online portal beginning at noon on 10/2/2018.

CONTRACT

CAT CAT 3.5+ $502/week minimum

SEEKING

Dancers, Actors, and Singers for our upcoming 2019 season. See Breakdown for more information.

(While we will gladly see anyone interested in auditions, please note that at this time we are only able to hire local actors from Greater Chicago and Northwest Indiana.)

PREPARATION

16 bars of a song which shows your voice at its best along with your book should we need to hear more. We may ask to hear a one minute monologue. Those wishing to audition for OVER THE TAVERN should prepare a one minute comedic monologue.

Please bring several copies of your headshot and resume.

JERRY LEE LEWIS, 20: piano, Rock 'n' Roll's legendary piano prodigy and celebrated Last Man Standing.

SAM PHILLIPS, 33: the Father of Rock 'n' Roll and founder of Sun Records; discovered Jerry Lee Lewis, Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, Carl Perkins, and many others including Roy Orbison and B. B. King. A towering and charismatic figure in American music.

CARL PERKINS, 24: lead guitar player, the first poet of Rock 'n' Roll.

JOHNNY CASH, 24: guitar player, a giant of American music at the dawn of his epic career.

DYANNE, mid twenties: an aspiring singer, Elvis' girlfriend.

ELVIS PRESLEY, 21: guitar, the first and still undisputed King of Rock 'n' Roll.

MONA KENT - A tempermental Broadway diva.

JOAN - A big-hearted chorus girl.

HENNESSEY - The director. RUBY - A young, brigh-eyed chorus girl from Utah.

DICK - A handsome sailor who happens to be a great songwriter.

LUCKY - A sailor who used to date Joan.

THE CAPTAIN - The ship's captain and Mona's former lover back in Florida.
