Seeking the following role only:
BIG CHIEF – (Mid 50s to Late 60s) – The piano man. Older, exotic, seems in touch with the voodoo culture – could be linen suit, beads, might be barefoot, like Dr. John, or more in the Bog Joe Williams mode. He’s our tour guide and must have tremendous charisma and presence. A man with character who has seen the world. PLAYS THE PIANO WELL.
PREPARATION
Please prepare music in the style of the Big Easy – early jazz to early rock n roll to funk. The Score includes: Down in New Orleans, Let The Good Times Roll, Basin Street Blues, That’s How You Jazz, etc.

NOTE: LET THE GOOD TIMES ROLL is a new musical revue set in New Orleans – a sort of Ain’t Misbehavin’ that uses the music of The Big Easy from early jazz, to early rock and roll to funk. It is an exciting project exploring the music and life styles of a diverse group of denizens of that most fascinating culture and location. And it is pure entertainment. WE ARE GENUINELY SEEKING ACTORS OF ALL ETHNICITIES.
