BREAKDOWN
ELLE WOODS
Gb3-G5 - Mezzo w/ Belt. Female, 22.
An unyielding force of positivity. President of the Delta Nus, the most fabulous sorority on the UCLA campus. Highly underestimated. While chasing one dream all the way to Harvard Law, discovers her full potential and learns to set her sights even higher. Elle will be defined by the funny, quirky, strong, brilliant woman who plays her.
Confident, physical front-woman for her Chorus. Strong movement ability a must.
EMMETT FORREST
B2-A4 - Baritenor. African American Male, Late 20s
The future of Harvard Law School. With a chip on his shoulder, is the first to spot Elle’s true potential and helps her see it for herself. Little does he know that Elle will return the favor in full. Head strong with a hidden charm.
PROFESSOR CALLAHAN
A2-F#4 - Baritone. Male, Late 40s- Early 50s
A male in authority who thinks because of his position (Professor of Law at Harvard), he is above consequence. He asserts his power on Elle, which leads to his demise.
NOTE: All other roles have been CAST.
