Seeking
Actors: Male and female for mulitple roles in Romeo and Juliet and Much Ado About Nothing.

Preparation
One short (less than 2 minutes) classical speech. Please bring a hard copy of your resume and photo.

Breakdown

ISC is commited to diverse casting: actors of color are strongly encouraged to apply for all roles. The festival is outdoors, we are looking for actors with strong voices, good speech and a background in classical theater.

The festival is outside on a purpose built stage on the grounds of the Old Zoo in Griffith Park. Performances run Thursday through Sundays at 7pm. No performance on July 4th. Special wednesday performance TBD in August.

LOCATION NOTE:
There are two big lots and plenty of street parking. We are on the NORTH end of the 3191 building closest to lot P1. Please enter through the 168 door. Casitas Ave is not a through street. Pay close attention to your directions, you should be directed to turn on La Clede.

BREAKDOWN:
Much Ado About Nothing: All roles available EXCEPT Beatrice and Benedict
Romeo and Juliet: All roles available EXCEPT Romeo, Juliet, Mercutio and the Nurse

None of the roles are understudied.
