Seeking Equity actors who sing for 2 male roles and 2 female roles - characters in their 20s. see breakdown.
Preparation Please prepare a short comedic song. Style of the show is mostly pop/rock. Bring sheet music; accompanist provided. Bring picture/resume, stapled together.

DAVY Mid to late 20s. Loosely based on Davy Rothbart, creator of Found magazine. An affable, creative and charismatic slacker, bursting with optimism and unfocused energy. Good looking but not super-handsome. Great story teller/solo performer. Must carry the show. Excellent singer. Pop/rock tenor with strong falsetto. PRINCIPAL DENISE Early to mid 20s. Any race. Bartender and bad-ass. Sarcastic, blunt, smart, edgy, emotionally guarded. Davy’s roomie/friend/hook-up bud. Helps start Found magazine. Excellent singer with strong high belt (up to F5) and mix. PRINCIPAL KATE Mid to late 20s. Any race. Aspiring television producer. Ambitious, smart, sexy, focused. Leads Davy and the Found brand to LA. Excellent singer with strong high belt (full belt up to D, mix up to F). PRINCIPAL MIKEY D Mid to late 20s. Open-hearted and loyal. Perpetually unemployed. Davy’s big, gay-bear, best friend and roomie. Strong singer. Baritone/tenor with strong falsetto. PRINCIPAL

Comic/character baritone/tenor. Goofy, geeky or overweight. Plays several distinct and dynamic characters, some of which are inspired by real notes and letters. Must be very funny.
